Café Manager - Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing or supervising a cafeteria, cafeteria-style restaurant, or large food service operation.
• Food safety certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience with inventory control and cost management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

Hot Kitchen Chef - Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year's work experience.
• Ability to develop and prepare menus.
• Knowledge of multiple cuisines, food safety standards, and excellent cooking techniques.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Well-presented with good personal hygiene.
• Good communication skills.
• Age: 26–40 years.

Kitchen Helper - Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or café environment will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
