SURGERY / CARDIAC COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule surgical and cardiac procedures.
• Liaise with consultants, patients, nursing, theatre, and cath lab teams.
• Coordinate preoperative assessments, investigations, and documentation.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and timely procedure arrangements.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on pending requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a relevant healthcare field.
• Experience in a hospital environment, preferably in surgery, cardiology, cardiac catheterization laboratory, theater, or patient coordination.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of hospital procedures and patient coordination.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work under pressure.
