Are you passionate about empowering students to achieve their career aspirations? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Career Guidance Counsellor to join our team on a part-time basis at our Kandy Campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide career guidance and counselling to students and parents, helping them make informed academic and career decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with companies and industry partners to secure internship opportunities for students.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize quarterly Career Fairs at the Kandy campus.
• Conduct workshops on:
  • CV and resume writing
  • LinkedIn profile development
  • Interview preparation
  • Personal grooming and professional etiquette
• Deliver engaging sessions on the latest industry trends, employability skills, and current job market expectations.
• Support students in developing career plans and preparing for internships and employment opportunities.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Education, Career Guidance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in career guidance, student counselling, talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with corporate organizations.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct workshops and engage diverse student audiences.
• Knowledge of current recruitment practices, industry trends, and employability skills will be an added advantage.
