Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle cash, cheque, card, and other payment transactions accurately
• Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records
• Reconcile daily cash collections with system records
• Submit daily Temporary Vouchers
• Handle customer payments and provide basic assistance with payment related queries
• Report any cash shortages, excesses, or discrepancies to the Officer
• Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and financial controls
• Perform other cashier related duties assigned by the Management
• Good communication and customer service skills

Qualifications & Pre-requisites

• Passed G.C.E.A/L with 03 main subjects in one sitting (excluding General English) and passed
• Professional qualification in completion of 01st level of CSL / CIMA / CMA / ACCA or completion of 02nd level of AAT
• Knowledge in Accounting Standards and Laws and regulation relating to Finance
• 1 Year experience in similar capacity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong sense of ownership and accuracy of operations with the ability to consistently meet timelines
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); with working knowledge of the SAP environment considered a strong advantage
