RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
• Identify, record, and report suspicious activities, incidents, and security breaches.
• Coordinate with operations and management teams regarding security concerns.
• Review recorded footage when required for investigations and reporting.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning and report any technical issues promptly.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in CCTV surveillance, monitoring, or security operations at least 2 years.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays if required.
• Good communication skills and professional conduct.
• Experience in hotel, hospitality, restaurant chains, or commercial environments.
• Knowledge of CCTV software and monitoring systems.
