We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual of high integrity to join our team as CCU Officer. The ideal candidate will possess strong professional qualifications, a solid work ethic, and exceptional communication skills. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager – Inflight Catering & Aisle Operations, the successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily flight catering operations to ensure services are delivered accurately, efficiently and in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Serve as the key operational link between customers, operational teams and support functions, ensuring timely & effective communication.
  • Monitor flight schedules, operational changes, special request services and disruptions, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Manage & oversee catering orders, amendments and service requests to support seamless operational execution.
  • Ensure operational documents, coordination and service information are accurately captured, maintained and verified.
  • Support billing accuracy and revenue protection through effective validation, reconciliation and control of operational data and records.
  • Prepare, review and maintain operational reports to support performance monitoring, decision-making and management visibility.
  • Coordinate and monitor the quality and service of service.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, quality standards and operational controls.
  • Monitor and supervise day-to-day operational activities, promoting accountability, teamwork and operational discipline.
  • Identify operational risks, discrepancies and service gaps and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, service reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of operational objectives.
  • Support training, coaching and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen team capability and operational resilience.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Six passes for G. C. E I/L including English & Mathematics with 4 years' experience in the relevant field.
  • OR
  • Three passes for G. C. E (A/L) with full or part professional qualification in Finance, Business Management with minimum of 04 years' relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accountancy, Applied Mathematics, Business Management, Statistics or similar discipline from a recognized university would be advantageous.
  • High level of IT literacy including sound knowledge in MS
