Central Region Manager

REGIONAL MANAGER - CENTRAL REGION 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day - to - day operations across the Central Region and guideregional field teams.
• Improve productivity, milk collection performance and overall operational effectiveness.
• Build strong, long term relationships with dairy farmers and other regional stakeholders.
• Drive sustainable growth in milk collection and supplier networks.
• Review performabce date, solve operarional issues and support sound decision making.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies and operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Dairy Science, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in regional operations, including managerial responsibility.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent analytical, planning and decision making ability.
• Ability to work closely with field teams and farming communities.
