Role: Chartered Architect
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong architectural design, space planning and detailing skills.
- Handling the customised designs & production drawings
- Knowledge of local building regulations, materials and construction methods.
- Participate the client meeting, site visiting, take detail notes and assist in proposals.
- Coordinating with sales team, workshop team and delivery team to ensure project deadlines are met and the clients vision is achieved.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree (Second Lower or above)
- Minimum 5+ Years experience
- Self motivated with strong work ethic and an eye for design details.
- Strong knowledge of Auto CAD, Sketchup, Lumion is mandatory.
- Familiar with Related Software.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem solving skills.
