Chef De Partie

Mandaram Eco Resort is looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team at our unique eco-resort surrounded by the natural beauty of Mandaram Nuwara.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position
• Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking and presentation
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Ability to manage a kitchen section independently
• Good teamwork, discipline and organizational skills
• Experience in hotel or resort kitchens will be an advantage
• Willingness to work and stay in a nature-based resort environment
