Main Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise-wide digital transformation journey including technology risk governance.
• Establish mechanisms for benefits realization, transformation value tracking, and measurement of business value.
• Lead modernization and continuous evolution of core insurance platforms, digital ecosystems, and enterprise integration capabilities.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity, data privacy, regulatory compliance, IAM, business continuity, and zero-trust security implementation.
• Drive enterprise modernization initiatives including hybrid/multi-cloud adoption, API-led integration, microservices, event-driven architecture, and platform engineering.
• Establish and lead enterprise data and AI strategy including governance, analytics, automation, and monetization.
• Develop enterprise data platforms, MDM capabilities, real-time analytics, and advanced customer intelligence solutions.
• Promote a culture of innovation, digital culture, and experimentation.
• Drive operating model transformation, Agile ways of working, and product-centric delivery.
• Implement FinOps practices to optimize technology investments and cloud expenditure.
• Lead technology investment prioritization and value realization initiatives.
• Provide regular Board-level reporting on technology strategy, digital transformation progress, cybersecurity posture, and technology risks.
• Lead technology risk governance and engage proactively with regulators and industry stakeholders.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications in the IT field.
• Age is preferably below 50 years.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 15 years in senior technology leadership roles, with over 20 years of overall experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale core system transformations, cloud migrations, or digital platform builds.
• Strong vendor and ecosystem management experience (insurtech, cloud providers, core system vendors).

Skills Required

• Strategic thinker with product- and customer-first mindset.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change-management skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery models, platform engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise-wide digital culture transformation and innovation adoption.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI principles, and emerging technology trends.
