Qualifications & Memberships

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or Construction Management.
Postgraduate: MSc or MBA.
Must be a Chartered Engineer, Chartered QS, or Chartered Architect.

Experience & Leadership

Total Experience: 15–20+ years.
Senior Management: 8–10+ years in executive roles.
Portfolio: Commercial, Residential, Infrastructure, industrial projects.
Leadership Style: Strategic and Corporate Leadership at group level.

Core Competencies

Standards Knowledge: CIDA, FIDIC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
Strong knowledge of: Sri Lankan construction laws, procurement, contracts, risk governance, financial planning, and budgeting.
