Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team in the following position:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and quality initiatives.
• Support accreditation, compliance, and clinical governance.

Requirements

• BSc Nursing (Hons) or equivalent Nursing Degree.
• Valid registration with the Sri Lanka Nursing Council (SLNC).
• Minimum 10 years of nursing experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience with hospital accreditation standards (JCI, ACHSI, or equivalent).
• Female candidates and applicants below 45 years will have an added advantage.
