Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to finance, operations and HR functions across the industrial catering business.
• Own margin delivery as a core KPI, ensuring financial targets are met across all business units.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and budgetary controls with the senior management team.
• Lead the implementation of a suitable ERP system aligned with organisational needs.
• Drive the Group's strategic growth agenda including expansion, diversification and new business opportunities in collaboration with the Board.
• Inspire, motivate and lead teams with a strong people-first approach, driving performance and engagement.
• Identify and manage risk to protect the business and support sustainable, high-standard growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a senior finance leadership role, ideally in catering, FMCG, manufacturing or hospitality, with a track record in strategy, cost control and margin delivery.
• Age: 45-55 years.
• Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-divisional operations, including logistics and supply chain.
• Hands-on experience implementing and administering ERP systems.
• Audit and bank-negotiations within a group structure.
• Strong grounding in financial planning, risk management, taxation.
• Professional qualification in CIMA or ACCA, together with an MBA.
• A natural people leader confident, hands-on and skilled at inspiring performance across diverse teams.
