Civils Works Supervisor

Role Summary

CHARGEUP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Civils Works Supervisor to support the growth of our EV charging solutions business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and assess civil work requirements for EV charger installations.
• Coordinate with civil contractors and guide them on project requirements, layouts, and timelines.
• Supervise the construction and finishing of EV charging bays, including civil works, parking bay preparation, cable trenching, pavement restoration, bay markings, painting, and installation of bollards and signboards.
• Ensure civil works are carried out according to approved drawings, standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, workmanship quality, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with the Electrical Engineer and Operations Team during installations.
• Prepare site progress updates and completion reports while attending site meetings and coordinate with location owners.
• Assist in obtaining quotations and evaluating contractors when required.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety during project execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma / NVQ / NDT / HNDE or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction-related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in civil construction, site supervision, or project coordination.
• Experience handling contractors and multiple project sites is an added advantage.
• Ability to read basic drawings and layouts.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Possession of a valid riding or driving license.
