Key Requirements:

• BSc / BEng in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in construction and property development.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, site management, BOQ, cost control, and project planning.
• Proven ability to supervise contractors and labour teams, ensuring projects are completed to the required quality, cost, and timelines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant construction/project management software.
• Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for project deliverables.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) qualification / IESL membership will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor construction activities across the Group's project sites.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Monitor material usage, labour productivity, and construction costs.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Prepare and review progress reports, BOQs, and project requirements.
