Requirements/Qualifications
Technical Officers Civil
- NDT / HNDE / TTI / NCT / Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in multi-storey building projects.
- Experience in site organization, supervision, monitoring, and planning.
Safety Officer
- Recognized qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in construction safety management.
- At least 3 years' experience in multi-storey building projects.
- Good knowledge of labour laws, ICTAD / CIDA safety guidelines, and site safety practices.
- Able to conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, PPE enforcement, accident reporting, and compliance monitoring.
Civil Engineer
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in multi-storey building projects.
- Experience in site organization, supervision, contract administration, monitoring, and planning.
- Associate / Professional membership of IESL is an advantage.
QA/QC Engineer
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Professional or Associate membership of IESL or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience.
- At least 5 years' proven QA/QC experience in multi-storey building projects.
- Experience with QA plans, inspection & test plans, material testing, workmanship, and British Standards / CIDA / ICTAD specifications.
MEP Engineer
- B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in MEP works for multi-storey building projects.
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, ELV and related building services.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Experience in site supervision, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance works.
- Knowledge of drawings, specifications, BOQ and quality standards.
- Professional / Associate membership of IESL or equivalent will be an added advantage.
