Job Profile
- Monitor and ensure civil construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks for civil works, materials, and construction activities.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, checklists, and quality reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other relevant parties regarding quality-related matters.
- Review material approvals, test reports, inspection requests, and other relevant quality documents.
- Ensure that construction materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist in conducting material and concrete testing and maintain relevant test records.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved quality procedures and project requirements.
- Carry out other QA/QC and civil engineering duties assigned by the company.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in QA/QC civil engineering, preferably in construction projects.
- Knowledge of civil construction methods, quality control procedures, and relevant standards.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Experience in preparing QA/QC documentation and inspection reports.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project requirements.
- Previous experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
