Role Summary

Kandy Hills Hotels (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer to oversee our construction project located in Ampitiya, Kandy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in warehouse or similar construction projects.
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent (NCT/HNDE/B.Sc.Eng).
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
• Monitor progress and report to the head office.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site staff.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
