Site Supervisor (Civil)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure work is completed according to project plans.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Manage site resources, materials, and workforce efficiently.
• Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site records, and promptly resolve construction-related issues.

Requirements/Qualifications

• NVQ Level 4 or higher qualification in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, including at least 5 years in building construction projects.
• Previous experience in resort construction projects in the Maldives will be a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, quality standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
