Technical Officer - Civil

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Technical Officer (Civil) to join our team.

Requirements

• Age below 45 years
• National Certificate in Technology (NCT - Civil), NDT, HNDE, or an equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering/Construction
• Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in civil construction or site supervision
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Surveyor level machine handling
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer literacy (MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage)
• Valid riding or driving licence will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
