We are seeking confident, articulate and results-driven individuals who can engage prospective clients, understand their initial requirements, and successfully arrange meetings with our Design Experts.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to engage potential clients and build rapport quickly.
• Ability to follow up enquiries and convert leads into client meetings.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and disciplined with follow-ups.
• Previous experience in call centres, telesales, customer service or client relations will be an advantage.
• Comfortable communicating with premium clientele.
• Basic computer and CRM/data-entry skills will be an advantage.
• Male & Female candidates welcome.
