Customer Relations Officer

Role Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Relations Officer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our patients, their families, and other stakeholders. With a focus on exceptional customer service, this role will require strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. The successful candidate will have a background in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting, and will be committed to delivering outstanding patient experiences.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Confident communicator with good communication skills in Sinhala and English is a must.
• Good team player with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work on a rotational/shift basis.
• Should be a team player and self-disciplined.
• Preference will be given to candidates who reside in the close-by Nugegoda area.
• School leavers are encouraged to apply.
