Customer Relations Executives - Afisol (Pvt) Ltd

Role Overview

• Customer calling & product introductions
• Follow-ups for meetings and software demos
• Support in preparing proposals and documents
• Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat
• Address customer inquiries, concerns and provide accurate solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Willingness to visit client sites as and when required
• Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements

• Trainees: Successfully completed GCE O/L and A/L (or equivalent qualifications)
• Junior Executive / Executive: Minimum 01 year experience in a similar field
• Candidates residing in or near Kottawa will be preferred
• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
• Positive attitude, team player and ability to work under pressure
