Client Support and Design Specialist

Role Summary

Brands Handy (a brand of RPA Solutions (Pvt) Ltd) is a growing digital media, BPO, and outsourcing company serving international clients. We are hiring a Design & Client Support Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client messages professionally
• Design social media posts in Photoshop
• Create short-form videos for clients
• Coordinate with the internal team

Requirements/Qualifications

• Good command of English (spoken & written)
• G.C.E. A/L or O/L qualified
• Skilled in Photoshop; Canva/CapCut is a plus
• Professional, reliable, and creative

Location & Working Hours

Location: 3rd Floor, No: 68 Anagarika Dharmapala Mawatha, Matara

Working Hours: On-site, Monday to Friday. Rotating shifts: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM.
