Role Summary
As our Front Desk/Customer care Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for a Customer-care experience. You’ll manage bookings, greet guests warmly, handle inquiries, and coordinate with the stylists to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Customer care similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment, like printers and POS systems
- Familiarity with processing transactions
- Excellent communication abilities in English and Sinhala (verbal, phone and written) with a customer service attitude
- Solid organization and record-keeping skills
- An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting clients, walking them to the proper station and alerting assigned stylists of their arrival
- Booking and confirming appointments via phone and updating our appointment system
- Processing transactions and issuing receipts
- Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
- Inform clients about new services and discounts
- Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
- Liase with suppliers
