Role Summary

SITREK Courier Services is a preferred delivery service partner for corporates, international service providers, and individuals with over two decades of industry experience. We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team due to company expansion.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Gender: Male / Female
• Age: Above 25 years of age
• Passed G.C.E O/L or G.C.E A/L
• Diploma or Higher Diploma from a recognized institute
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
• Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil language skills are an advantage)
• Computer literacy
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Positive personality and ability to work well in a team
