Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and enhancement of digital workflows and Hospital Information Systems (HIS/EHR) to promote a paperless and efficient healthcare environment.
• Provide first level application and technical support by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with IT teams and vendors.
• Assist in system administration, including user account management, access control, system configurations and basic database validation.
• Support system integrations, testing (UAT), new feature deployments and ensure data quality, confidentiality and compliance with audit requirements.
• Conduct user training, provide technical guidance and drive continuous improvement through user feedback and adoption initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Health Informatics or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of client server architecture, databases (SQL), networking fundamentals (IP, VPN) and IT troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel, with exposure to software applications, reporting or databases.
• Graduates are encouraged to apply. Internship, project experience, or exposure to HIS/EHR, system integrations, APIs or network troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adapt to a fast paced healthcare environment.
