DevOps Engineer - Insync Technologies

Role Summary

InSync Information Technologies Pvt Ltd is a product development and services company focused on networks and network automation. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our global operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage development infrastructures both on-prem & cloud (AWS, Azure).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
• Monitor & manage systems performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and application reliability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Implement best practices for security, scalability, and disaster recovery.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Design, install, configure and manage observability solutions such as Prometheus, Zabbix, ELK & Grafana.
• Manage network infrastructure solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Systems and Networking, or Information Technology from a reputed University.
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or a similar role.
• Experience with Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
• CCNA or similar certification with strong hands-on experience on routing, switching & network security.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, or PowerShell.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
