Job Profile:

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Support and drive the Bank's cloud transformation initiatives using Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft server platforms and related infrastructure services.
• Contribute to infrastructure modernization projects, including implementation, migration and optimization of cloud and on-premises technologies.
• Design and support Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions to ensure business continuity and service availability.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud and Microsoft infrastructure to ensure performance, reliability and availability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance the Bank's IT environment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, architecture diagrams and implementation guides.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors and technology partners to deliver successful technology initiatives.
• Ensure cloud and infrastructure solutions comply with the Bank's IT standards, operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to strategic planning and the development of the Bank's cloud and infrastructure roadmap.

Candidate Prerequisites:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Networking, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 05 years of experience in IT, including at least 02 - 03 years in infrastructure administration or cloud technologies.
• Strong professional knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to emerging cloud technologies.
