Lounge Manager

Role Summary

Maltras International (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Lounge Manager to oversee the entire operation of the Battler Tea Lounge in Colombo 03, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient day-to-day management.

Requirements

• Passed GCE A/L and diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
• 02 years experience in a similar role (Prior experience in the tea industry, FMCG sector, or in a restaurant or lounge will be an added advantage).

Skills & Attributes

• Fluency in English (Speaking another language will be an added advantage).
• Ability to oversee day-to-day operations of the lounge.
• Excellent customer service, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office/ERP applications.
• Stock maintenance skills.
• Creative thinking and a passion for branding.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and related parties.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
