Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Barista to deliver top-notch hospitality to our guests.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of a variety of coffee beans, beverages, and brewing techniques.
• Experience in preparing espresso-based and specialty coffee drinks.
• Greet and serve guests with a welcoming and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills (Sinhala & English preferred).
• Previous barista experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be willing to relocate to or work in Trincomalee.

Salary and Benefits

• Starting Salary: LKR 60,000 (Based on Experience)
