Role Summary

Designation: Associate Collections

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: 7:30pm to 4:00am (SLST) - Night Shift

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Other Details: US Calendar Applicable

Requirements/Qualifications

• Completed / undertaking an academic or professional qualification
• Minimum 1 year experience in BPO sector is mandatory
• Passionate about customer service
• Ability to work with MS Office package
• Good written and verbal communication skills
