Role Summary

We are a well-established and rapidly growing provider of International Freight Forwarding, Multi-Modal Transportation, Customs Brokerage, and End-to-End Supply Chain solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Commercial Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with exporters, importers, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and other business partners.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, Consolidation, Multi-Modal Transportation, and related logistics services.
• Promote the Company's services:
  • Air Freight
  • Sea Freight
  • Land Transportation
  • Customs Brokerage
  • Value-Added Logistics Solutions
• Prepare competitive quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Negotiate commercial terms while ensuring customer satisfaction and business profitability.
• Monitor market trends, freight rates, trade lanes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and exceptional customer service.
• Achieve agreed sales targets while building long-term customer partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum three (03) years' experience in Sales or Commercial functions within the Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain industry.
• Sound knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, Incoterms, and international trade practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop new business and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate in the Russian language will be a distinct advantage.
