Role Summary

We are seeking passionate and skilled candidates for the positions of Commi 1 (Hot Kitchen) and Commi 1 (Pastry).

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Commis Chef in either a hot kitchen or pastry kitchen.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is preferred.
• Strong culinary knowledge relevant to the specialty.
• Passion for delivering exceptional quality with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
