Role Summary

Immediate vacancy for a well-experienced Junior Chef.

Key Responsibilities

• Hot & Cold Kitchen (International Cuisine)
• Bakery & Pastry (International)
• Food & Beverages including Barista

Requirements

For Chefs:

• Recognized qualification in the above fields
• Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and passion for international cuisine
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
• Possession of own vehicle
• Computer literacy
• Good command of English (reading and writing)
• Willing to multitask

For Kitchen & Restaurant Helpers:

• 12-hour shifts with 24 hours of leave per week
• Must reside within 5km of Rajagiriya
• Well-groomed and in good health
• Basic computer literacy and AI knowledge
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of restaurant cleaning and hygiene standards
• Customer-friendly personality

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: USD 300 per month, calculated based on hours worked
