Chef De Partie - Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality food in your designated section.
• Assist in menu planning and ensure consistency in quality and presentation.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team for smooth operations.
• Mentor and support junior kitchen staff.

01st Commis - Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as directed by the Chef.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstation.
• Support in portioning, storing, and labeling ingredients.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Professional culinary training or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and cost control.
• Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Basic culinary training or relevant experience in food preparation.
• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Good attitude, discipline, and reliability.
