Musaeus College is looking for a passionate and dedicated Commis II – Kitchen to join our team at Musaeus College, Colombo 07.
REQUIREMENTS
- GCE A/L qualification
- Culinary Diploma or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in Pastry & Bakery will be an advantage
- Knowledge of cooking, baking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with daily kitchen operations
- Prepare food items according to required quality and standards
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Monitor ingredient usage and stock levels
