Requirements/Qualifications

Chinese Chef

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a fast-paced Chinese à la carte restaurant
• Experience in menu engineering and cost controlling
• Knowledge of best practices in kitchen operations including hygiene and service standards

Commi III

• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in a Chinese kitchen
• Hands-on experience in the preparation of Mise-en-place and daily kitchen operations

Kitchen Helper / Trainee

• Candidates who have completed NVQ Level 4 of cookery at NITA, VTA, or NYSC can apply for their 6 months training
