KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist to Prepare resolutions, and statutory notices in compliance with the Companies Act No. 07 of 2007.
Maintain and update statutory registers, minute books, and corporate records of the Company.
File statutory returns with the Registrar of Companies and ensure timely compliance with CSE listing requirements.
Liaise with regulatory bodies including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Registrar General of Companies.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Associate Member or Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA / CGIUKI) or currently sitting for final examinations or bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a company secretaryial role (experience in a company secretaryial firm or listed company preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple task.
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
