Compliance and Control Officer

Role Summary

Join us as an Executive - Compliance & Controls and play a key role in strengthening governance, managing business risks, and ensuring compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance and control initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Assist in mapping and improving business processes to strengthen compliance.
• Help identify, assess, and mitigate business and operational risks.
• Conduct compliance reviews and audits, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a strong compliance culture.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, while preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in conducting compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
