Regulatory Officer

Role Summary

NiiX Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is a leading importer of pharmaceuticals from the UK and Germany, supplying injectable products to private and government health care sectors in Sri Lanka. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Regulatory Officer to support our product registration efforts with the National Medicines Regulatory Authority (NMRA).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Registered Pharmacist (SLMC) with regulatory experience in pharmaceuticals will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit documentation for product approvals, renewals, and amendments.
• Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Closely work with NMRA for product registrations.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure product compliance with Sri Lankan standards.
• Utilize time and project management skills, including the ability to efficiently multitask when necessary.
