Intern - Compliance and Risk Management
Company: Silueta (Pvt) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAS Holdings
Role Summary
Join our Human Resources team and contribute to driving compliance excellence and operational efficiency. In this role, you will support external audit coordination, compliance information collection, and the review of standards across plants, subcontractors, and service providers. You will assist in compiling safety and overtime data, preparing monthly compliance reports, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will help update policies and procedures, follow up on audit findings, and perform administrative and research tasks related to compliance.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Undergraduate or a fresh Graduate in Business Management, Health and Safety, or Human Resources Management.
- Strong communication and team working skills.
