Compliance Lead

Role Summary

Join Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Allianz SE Germany. We are seeking a Manager - Compliance to support Subject Matter Expertise on compliance-related topics, carry out the compliance program, and ensure alignment with Allianz Group standards and local legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Allianz Group policies and local regulatory requirements, including Customer Protection Standard.
• Review and issue policies; conduct compliance trainings.
• Conduct Compliance Assurance Testing and Monitoring at Allianz Lanka.
• Provide leadership in managing internal and external stakeholders providing compliance-related advisory to the business lines.
• Liaising with the Allianz Regional/Global Compliance functions on behalf of Allianz Lanka.
• Support control effectiveness testing and risk assessments (including NFRM cycle).
• Prepare compliance reports and presentations for internal/external stakeholders.
• Responsible for monthly reporting to FIU.
• Ensure quarterly reporting on Mandatory KRIs under CPS.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Acceptable Financial Crime Compliance or acceptable compliance certifications, license, or any educational qualification.
• 5 - 10 years experience in the similar field.
• Strong knowledge of compliance-related topics.
• Risk assessments and Analytical skills.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft applications.
