Compliance Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure company compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as required.
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks across departments.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in compliance, or administration roles.
- Good knowledge of ISO documentation and standards.
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
