Compliance Officer

Job Role
- Create and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
- Implement measures to mitigate identified risks, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Organize training sessions to educate employees on safety protocols & emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.
- Monitor safety performance metrics and identity areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Ability to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively train staff and report findings.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
