Build4Future is looking for a dynamic, organised and self-motivated professional to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our construction projects and the growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of subcontractors across Sri Lanka.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations as required.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for new projects.
• Undertake site supervision and monitor progress and quality of works.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients.
• Handle project administration, documentation and reporting.
• Support social media and digital marketing activities.
• Use AI-based tools and digital platforms to improve estimating, administration, marketing and productivity.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in Sri Lanka, preferably in the construction industry.
• Good understanding of construction works, estimating and site coordination.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Interest and ability to use AI-based tools and modern digital platforms.
• Social media and marketing experience would be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work to deadlines.

Salary/Benefits

Competitive Market Salary offered based on experience and skills.

Employment Type: Full-time, minimum 2-year contract.
