Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching, engage students, and support academic and professional development within the academic team.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commercial Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates interested in starting a career in academia are encouraged to apply. Prior teaching or academic exposure (tutoring, demonstrating, research support) and exposure to Pearson BTEC HND and City & Guilds qualifications are considered an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong interest in Academic Teaching and Research Supervision.
• Ability to deliver engaging Lectures, Tutorials, and Practical Sessions (training provided where necessary).
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to support a collaborative, Student-Centred Learning Environment.
• Willingness to work on Weekends, with two Weekdays off.
