CEP 1 PROJECT – GAMPAHA

Deputy Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily project operations.
  • Coordinate site activities and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety.
  • Support timely project completion within budget.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in building construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project documentation.

Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily site safety operations.
  • Conduct safety inspections & Tool box meeting.
  • Ensure use of PPE and safe work practices.
  • Report incidents and maintain safety records.
  • Assist in implementing HSE policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety.
  • 2–4 years' experience in a construction environment.
  • Good knowledge of safety procedures and reporting.
  • Strong observation and communication skills.

Draughtsman

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update technical drawings.
  • Coordinate with engineers and site teams.
  • Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills.

Surveyor

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and set out.
  • Prepare leveling and measurement reports.
  • Operate surveying instruments (Total Station, Auto Level).

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Surveying.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

Store Keeper

Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse inventory: machinery, tools, consumables, and general stock.
  • Handle receiving, unloading, dispatching, and stock records.
  • Maintain ERP/system entries and support stock audits.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and warehouse housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience.
  • Strong inventory control & ERP skills.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and physically fit.

Technical Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities.
  • Monitor construction quality and progress.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site staff.
  • Maintain site records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/NDT
