We are a premier CIDA C-1 Grade engineering organization operating across Sri Lanka. We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and high-performing professionals to join our expert team for an exciting Road Construction Project in Jaffna.

OPEN POSITIONS

1. Site Engineers

• B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering with 1+ years of experience in Road Construction. OR
• NDT /NDES / HND with 2+ years of experience in Road Construction.

2. Quality Assurance Manager (QAM)

• B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering with 1+ years of experience (minimum 1 year in Material Engineering). OR
• NDT /NDES with 2+ years of experience (minimum 1 year in Material Engineering).

3. Technical Officers (TO)

• NCT (Civ-I) or equivalent qualification (NVQ, IVQ, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Road Construction.
• Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.

4. Work Supervisors (WS)

• NVQ Level 3 or above.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Road Construction.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.

5. Material Technicians (MT)

• NDT / NCT with 2+ years of post-qualification experience as a Laboratory Technician in construction projects.

6. Assistant Quantity Surveyor (AQS)

• Diploma / HND / NVQ Level 5 or above in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of BOQs, measurements, and cost estimation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings proficiently.
• Practical site experience will be a distinct advantage.
