Role Summary

Rush Lanka Group is looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects. We are seeking individuals with a passion for delivering high-quality construction work and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Ensure projects are completed within the specified timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Interpret and review construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
